Build an estimate line by line from your real presses, stock and rates. Makeready, run speed and spoilage are already in the math, and the margin shows as you go — so the price you send is the price the job costs. Accept online and it becomes a work order automatically.
Scheduling
Quent sequences the whole floor and assigns each job to a machine. Mark a press down and its queue reroutes to the machine that covers it — no whiteboard rewrite, no job stranded at a station nobody can reach. The lane reads as real hours, days and a date.
Job tickets
Release a job and each ticket prints at the machine running its first step — barcode and all. The operator scans to start, scans to close, and Quent records the real time against standard. The status moves itself: queued, on press, done.
Art & proofing
Send artwork for approval from a link — no email attachments, no version confusion. The customer approves or asks for a change, it's stamped on the record, and the floor only ever prints the version that was actually okayed. The proof rides the ticket to the press.
